ZILO SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
This Shipping and Cancellation Policy (“Shipping and Cancellation Policy”) sets out terms and conditions governing shipping and cancellation of the products (“Products”) sold and / or accessible on the Website and / or application of ZILO RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at 14, Harmoney Status Co.op, Science City, Sola, Ahmedabad – 380060, Gujarat, India (“ZILO”) through the link https://www.zilo.one/ , application and / or other media platform of ZILO (“Website”). The Shipping and Cancellation Policy shall at all times be read with and shall be an integral part of the Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). In using the Website, you are deemed to have accepted the Shipping and Cancellation Policy. The sale of Products by ZILO to you is therefore subject to the Shipping and Cancellation Policy along with the Terms and Conditions. Please do not use the Website or transact on the Website if you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions provided below.
- ACCEPTANCE
- This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed there under, as applicable and amended from time to time, pertaining to the electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
- TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
- Delivery of your order: ZILO is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier or delivery agencies only. The Products purchased are delivered via courier service to the delivery address that you indicate on the order. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via government registered book post or speed post or any other mode of shipment available.
- Dispatch and Transport: Subject to availability of the Products, the orders are dispatched within 1-2 working hours or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. There may be delay due to unforeseen circumstances and ZILO does not give any guarantee with respect to the timelines for the delivery of the Products. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. You must always sign for receipt of orders.
- Loss or damage during transport: You are responsible for checking the Products on receipt. If you think, you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, you may call our customer care at 9867679236 , [Monday to Sunday between 10 am to 5 pm] or email us at contactus@zilo.one mentioning your Order ID and giving the details of the damaged or tampered Product, including photographs if any, of the Product or the packaging. Once we verify the information regarding the Product, we will personally ensure that a replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the Product back.
- Delivery address: You are responsible for providing a full and correct delivery address. You shall be solely responsible in case you provide incorrect delivery details and may incur extra costs. In the event of errors in the address details of the addressee, ZILO cannot under any circumstances be held liable for inability to deliver the Products ordered.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery Fees shall be indicated in the product detail page and while the order is being placed. We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses then you are required to place separate orders. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
- CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY ZILO
- Please note that there may be certain orders that ZILO may not be able to accept and may thus cancel. ZILO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by ZILO. ZILO may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. ZILO will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have remitted the funds, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
- YOU AGREE AND UNDERTAKE THAT
- in the event of non-delivery of the Products with respect to any order accepted by ZILO occurs due to reasons attributable to you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by ZILO for re-delivery or cancellation shall be borne and paid by you to ZILO.
- you will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested from you. ZILO reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.
